Traverse Business Service Containers tie together performance metrics from IT components to monitor and verify the performance of dependent services. The solution’s massively scalable, patented solution architecture supports tens of thousands of distributed end-points, and processes millions of metrics. Traverse is fully-aligned with ITIL and provides an open, extensible integration API and plug-in framework.

Experienced Team
Zyrion is led by experts in the area of Business Service Management (BSM) and Network Monitoring. The Zyrion team previously held senior management and technical leadership positions at NetScout, Network General, Fidelia and Verio. At Fidelia, the leadership team led the company's growth to over 100 customers before being acquired by Network General, and as part of the management team at Verio, the group led the engineering effort for the integration of over 50 ISPs acquired by Verio.
In the early days of the Internet industry, members of Zyrion's team were actively involved in the transition from the Arpanet to the NSFnet. As active IETF and NANOG working group participants, these team members authored RFC-1291 while overseeing beta deployments of key Internet protocols such as OSPF, BGP, SNMP and multicast across the Internet backbone. They also authored popular freeware tools such as xtacacsd for Cisco routers, netlog for trouble ticketing and NOCOL for network management.
